After our decision to sell our acreage in Victoria and move permanently to the Fraser Coast region we searched for properties on the internet and contacted a number of agencies which were largely disinterested in providing us with listings fitting our requirements.
When we contacted Evelyn, who was offering a house and land package, she listened carefully to our situation and presented us with options. A deposit was paid, but our sale fell through so the money was returned promptly, but Evelyn maintained contact with us and our agent in Ballarat.

With so many agents to choose from, I did a lot of research on social media. I also monitered agents and their outcomes in our estate. Social media narrowed it to 3 agents.

From the very first time we met Evelyn we instantly felt very comfortable with her. Her willingness to help and always being contactable and very professional stood out to us
She chose a home design that was suited to the block of land and we were very happy with it it is going to fit perfectly. As our original builder had closed their books for the pro tem Evelyn introduced us to a new builder that Evelyn works with. We met up with the Builder and Evelyn and could not be happier. As for choosing colours and designs Evelyn was very knowledgeable and gave her honest opinions on different things which helped us in making our final decision.

Helped us in making a decision to purchase our house in 2018 whilst we were living overseas. We had many questions about the house and about the area in general. Evelyn did not hesitate providing up to date and accurate information. We would highly recommend Evelyn to people who are thinking of buying or selling a property.
We decided to sell our home in Brisbane and move to Hervey Bay in March 2021, we looked around at different homes to buy and could not find anything we liked or didn't have to do renovar
Friends of ours had already move here a couple of years earlier and suggested we look at new homes. They took us to a display home where we meet Evelyn Duffy. Evelyn took us through several designs and land options, she wasn't one of these salespeople who only wanted to hurry you up to sign on the dotter once we settled on the one we wanted, she was fantastic taking us through the process step by step.
Evelyn advised us on the best way of doing things from the land to the build. Due to delays from Covid my wife and myself where very grateful with the way she has helped us, keeping us informed on the progress of everything.
If we had to rate you on your professionalism and the way you do things to help people to purchase a new home, we would give you A+.

We met Evelyn when buying our property. As a buyer we appreciated the friendliness and quick response times.
She has competitive fees so we listed our property for sale with her. Thankfully we had a number of enquiries and have gone unconditional on our contract in about a month of listing. Had a number of offers and didn’t accept the highest as we agreed they were hard work / risky / painful. Even once a contract was signed others were shown through in case it fell through so we had a fallback offer ready to go. We’re glad we sold with her and highly recommend to others.
